Product obtained from the processing of molasses, cereals, wine and/or by-products of winemaking. The addition of D.G.S. (Generate Denaturant of the State) relieves it from the manufacturing tax and prevents its use for food purposes. It is a volatile liquid with a pungent but pleasant characteristic odor.
